Protected Heritage Sites

Just north of Toronto, Vaughan is home to many heritage sites that are protected by local by-laws.  Additionally, some are also recognized and designated by the provincial and federal governments.  The selection of sites presented here does not include them all, instead this list represents a general overview of Vaughan's built heritage.
